Not much more to say really. Things are getting deep and my fatigue is starting to really kick in, as is expected being at a low fat percentage with relatively low calorie intake with a consistently high calorie output.
What makes life “easier” (relative though, because this shit is tough), is the fact that everything I have to tick off throughout the day are robotic habits that take very little mental energy.
Same meals, same sleep schedule, same water, same training, same steps, same cardio, every day the same. The less thinking, the easier the execution.
I let coach do the thinking, he tells me how to execute, I don’t think about anything else.
One thing I feel competitors often forget is that their coach’s goal is to always bring out the best in someone for stage - they are thinking of everything you are and more, so you don’t need to worry about being ready, your coach will make sure you’re ready.
Just execute the plan
